Page Plus Wireless NC Return Policy:
We at Page Plus Wireless NC carry a 60-day limited return policy. If you have a problem with any of our products, you may return it to our office or your Page Plus sales representative to be considered for an exchange. This procedure may take up to two weeks to process and to receive your returns or replacements back. Any products that are not deemed eligible for exchange will be returned to you the dealer. The following is an outline of the products that are eligible for exchange or replacement.
Any phones that are returned for replacement must meet the following requirements:
1. Phones must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date from Page Plus Wireless NC.
2. Phones must be returned in the Original Packaging that the phone was purchased in, complete with all accessories and manuals. Partial phones (without chargers, batteries, or original packaging) will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back to dealer.
3. Phones may be returned for technical problems such as defects in parts and workmanship including a faulty keypad, speaker, screen or earpiece, activation problems, physical defects that occurred during shipping process, and reoccurring problems with charging including bad charger ports, bad chargers or batteries.
4. Buyers remorse: If you are not satisfied with a handset and would like to return it for a credit; the handset must have been purchased within 14 days of the requested credit and be in unsold condition as it was received. A 25% restocking fee will be applied and the difference credited to your account for future purchase of handsets. effective 8/13/12
5. RMA Number: Packages sent to Page Plus NC without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside packaging will be refused delivery and returned to the sender without being processed for RMA. effective 8/21/12
Any phones with the following problems will not be considered for return or exchange:
1. Phones that have been physically damaged due to customer usage.
2. Phones that have not been returned within the 60 days warranty period.
3. Any phone that has been programmed with a password lock by either a dealer or customer will be returned due to the fact that our technician will be unable to check any possible malfunctions associated with the phone.
4. Phones that have had any type of water damage. Water damage can create different types of phone malfunctions, such as charging problems, functioning problems, and speaker and earpiece malfunctions. Any phone that has water damage will be returned to the dealer with no replacement.
5. Any phone that has the Warranty Sticker removed from the packaging or battery compartment.
6. Any phone that has ANY software modifications, including but not limited to; Rooted Phones, Firmware, PRL, ERI, .SCR or .bin files. If the software has been modified to work on another carrier the handsets warranty will be void.
7. GSM Phones returned for web or MMS related issues. We cannot test for nor guarantee web on GSM devices since we cannot activate them under your GSM carrier.
8. If you're returning an iPhone:
Any Apple account must be removed prior to the handset being returned, Apple devices running iOS7 are unable to be reset without having the apple ID. therefore If the handset arrives with the apple ID it may not be able to be repaired or tested and will not be replaced if needed. effective 5/5/14

Return Policy Procedure:
If you have products that you have purchased from Page Plus Wireless NC, and you believe they are covered under the Return Policy, please follow the following steps.
If the phone is a Brand New phone (HTC 6900, Moto Devour, Palm Pixi, and others purchased in manufacturers packaging) , the manufacturers provide a 1-year manufacturers warranty with proof of purchase. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting and warranty information. This information can be found under our Technical Reference F.A.Q.’s section on our website.
If you have a phone to ship back, that is not brand new, please follow these steps:

1. Complete an RMA form here: Online RMA Submission

2. Package the phone in the ORIGINAL packaging, complete with all accessories accompanying the phone when purchased. This includes the battery, charger, battery cover (if applicable) and any manuals included.
3. Package up your return for shipment and include your store name, RMA # and location on the outside of the package. This is for reference purposes for our tech department. Please also include the completed RMA form that you have received listing the approved handsets for return.
4. You may ship back your package in any manner you prefer, USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex.
We do not cover shipping for phones returned to us. There is NO exception to this.
5. Once your return has been received, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-12 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, we will ship back repaired, replaced, or out-of-warranty phones via our shipping company.
NO cash refunds will be made! Page Plus NC maintains a testing & repair process for each RMA which can take between 3-7 business days. If we are unable to repair the handset we will replace the defective product with the same model or credit your account for a future purchase. Please note that water/liquid damage and physical damage voids any warranty sold. Handsets sold by Page Plus NC carry a limited 60 day warranty
