Finishing setup for Page Plus NC Blackberry's (Curve, Pearl, Storm, Pearl Flip)
Please note: These settings only work on Blackberry's that have been purchased from Page Plus NC.

If your phone is an Alltel version of the blackberry's we carry follow these steps: 
From the keypad dial: ##000000 send
Modify the following fields to reflect the info listed below:
SIP Profile: MDN(phone number)@vzw3g.com
SIP Password: VZW
MIP Profile: MDN(phone number)@vzw3g.com
MNC: Mobile Network Code: 00
MCC: Mobile Country Code: 310
Primary HA Address: 255.255.255.255
Secondary HA Address: 255.255.255.255

Once the password has been set, press the BlackBerry "menu" key and select save.
After the device resets, select "Options" -> advanced options -> host routing table
Press the blackberry menu button and select Register now
You will receive a registration message when its completed, this process could take up to a few hours.
Your Blackberry is now setup to work with Page Plus Web & MMS.

Verizon and Unbranded Blackberry's:
After Phone has been activated, programmed, and test called:
From the keypad: Dial ##000000 (Send)
You will be taken to the Service Edit screen
The only value that you should have to change from this menu (after over-the-air programming)
will be the password field. SIP Password: Change this from blank to "vzw"
Once the password has been set, press the BlackBerry "menu" key and select save.
Once the phone resets, Press the BlackBerry "menu" key and select "Options"
Select Advanced Options --> Host Routing Table
Once in the Host Routing Table, press the BlackBerry "menu" key again, and select "Register Now"
Once you receive a text message stating that you handheld has been registered, you will now be able to access the Web and MMS properly.

If you update your blackberry device:
NOTE: If you update your BlackBerry to a newer version software, you will lose your internet capabilities. The phone will have to be re-serviced in order to restore the programs that make the phone internet capable. When the Update is selected, the internet capabilities programs that were installed will be erased. To prevent this from happening, please inform your customers that they're device is running the best version for Page Plus and updateing it will cause some features not to function correctly

There hasn't been much out there for sorting out how to get a Blackberry fully functional on Pageplus... this is a great piece of info.  Add to it that you need to access "Options" thru the setup menu and that might clarify things a bit on the "how to" effort
